Cancellation policy
In the event of notification of cancellation refunds shall be made on the following basis:
Minimum cancellation fee of R100.00 or 10% of the deposit amount whichever is the greater.
More than 30 days prior to arrival: 90% Refund
More than 14 days prior to arrival: 40% Refund
More than 7 days prior to arrival: 15% Refund
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No Refund.
Should a guest not stay for the full number of days reserved, full payment will be required, African Crest Guest House cannot be held responsible for inclement weather, electricity failures or other acts over which it has no control.
Room Allocations
We reserve the right to change room allocations, which are usually based on guest requirements, length of stay and occupancy levels. Should you specifically want a room please make this clear in your request.
Guest Identification
Guests are expected to prove their identity by showing a valid passport or identify book and must complete the check in procedures.
African Crest Guest House supports the right of personal privacy, the information you provide to us will only be used for Guest House purpose only.
Damage to Contents / Property
in the event of any damages to the room, a suitable amount will be added to your final bill to rectify the damage and/or replace the item(s) affected
Our Liability
African Crest Guest House and it’s owners or employees do not accept any liability for loss, injury or damage however arising sustained by any person in or around the premises.
Dstv & Free Wifi
Although African Crest will use its best endeavors to have the service available at all times, African Crest does not guarantee the availability of the service and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever in respect of any loss or damages caused by, or arising from, the unavailability of, or any interruption in the service for any reason whatsoever.
